We want you to love your Vellith goodies! Because every item is made to order just for you, our policy is a little different from a regular shop โ€” please read before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives flawed, damaged, or not matching the design you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Just email hello@vellith.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Wrong size or change of mind

Since items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for the wrong size or a change of heart. Please check the size and product details carefully before ordering โ€” and reach out if you're unsure, we're glad to help you pick.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows your order is lost or stuck, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it โ€” including a reship where appropriate.

How to start a claim

Email hello@vellith.com with your order number and, for damage/defects, a clear photo. We typically respond within 1โ€“2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
