Everything at Vellith is made to orderand printed just for you, then shipped worldwide through our print partner. Here's what to expect.

Production time

Because each item is printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business daysfor production before your order ships. We'll send a confirmation when it's on its way.

Delivery estimates

After production, typical delivery times are:

• United States & Canada: ~3–8 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: ~5–10 business days
• Australia & rest of world: ~7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and customs can add time, especially during busy seasons.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and cart. Orders over CAD $60 ship free. All prices are in CAD.

Tracking, customs & duties

Tracking is provided where available. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country — these are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

Wrong address & unclaimed parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or left unclaimed, can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
